Due to the custom-built nature of our products, returns and cancellations are generally not accepted once production has begun. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes to your order.
If a product is damaged during shipping or arrives defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
